OPENING HOURS
Caterama 2010 will be open to the public from 11.00am to 6.00pm.
SETTING UP
The room will be available for the setting up of stands on
Tuesday 2nd March 2010 from 7.30am.
BREAKING DOWN
Dismantling of stands will commence after the last visitor has
left the Exhibition
on Thursday evening and must be completed by 10.00am on Friday 5th
March 2010.
INSURANCE
Insurance is the Exhibitors responsibility, therefore any
equipment and any other goods you display are not covered by either
the Norbreck Castle Hotel or by the Organiser.
 COSTS
1.5 x 3m stand is £399.00 plus VAT
4 x 2m stand is £599.00 plus VAT
A double electricity socket is £35.00 plus VAT.
A table including cloth is £5.99 plus VAT.
CONFIRMATION
Your stand space will not be reserved until we have received
your Confirmation and Deposit, which must be received by 31st
December 2009. If Confirmation and Deposit is not received by this
date we reserve the right to allocate the stand space to another
company.
PAYMENT
A deposit of £100.00 is required on Confirmation, the balance to
be paid by 19th February 2010. All cheques are to be made payable to
Clifton Quality Meats Limited.
